Its a New Year and The vacation is over… Back to the grind at work and the gym.. Just finished my 1st workout of the year. This time around I am doing 5 x 5 to see how I like it, so far I am in. I know its only one workout, but hey it makes me want to do more of them. Like said yesterday, I am trying to find out what works best for me and I what I can keep up doing, I am not looking to kill myself in the gym.
