Weekly Recap from bodybuilding.com for last week!
ABDOMINALS
Like Arnold has always said, “”pain is temporary, pride is forever.”” After your amazing week you must be feeling very prideful. You totaled 15 ab sets over three exercises. Your leading lift from the week was crunches, which accounted for 10 of your 15 sets.
BICEPS
Way to put that extra effort into your biceps. Your five sets and one exercise accounted for 7% of your overall workout. In those five sets, which were all sets of hammer curls, you averaged an impressive 40 lbs. per set.
SHOULDERS
Keep pushing yourself after another great week. You lifted your shoulders in a total of five sets, which was 7% of your workouts. Arnold dumbbell press was your lone shoulder lift, but you did crush the exercise, lifting an average of 25 lbs. per set.
NOTES:
* You’ve officially put your hamstrings on the fast track to serious strength gains. Over just the last month your barbell deadlift went from 155 lbs. to 175 lbs.
* In just a year you’ve managed to graduate from lifting 65 lbs. per set of bent over barbell row to a whopping 95.
* With 15 ab sets, you did more than your three-month average of nine. Way to get after it, buddy.
* The last few weeks of hamstring work have begun to pay dividends with your strength increasing quickly. Nice work!
