So its been 34 days since I started my latest 90 Challenge, and in that time I did a 30day DietBet Challenge where I needed to lose 4% or roughly 10Lbs in those 30 Days. Well I failed that challenge as I did not lose the required amount of weight. But I did lose some weight and I have another Dietbet challenge I am working on now as well, its longer but also more weight to drop too. But that goal is close to my own personal goal I made with myself. I need to get down to 235 Lbs by Janurary 7th 2020. I feel this is more of obtainable goal for me. Even thought I did not lose the amount of weight I need to win the challenge, I did not miss any of my scheduled worksouts during the challenge, in fact I have been going up with the weights of my workouts I progress with my workouts. During the last 30 days I had strained a muscle in my leg which made it hard to do some excerises like Squats and Deadlifts (2 of my Favorite excerises) but instead of stopping my workouts compelty while I waited for it to get better, I changed my workouts to focus on bodyparts I knew I needed more work on, like chest, back and arms. Also during that time we cleaned and rearrangeed our gym, and even added more equipment as well.
So all in all I have made alot of progress, even if the scale doesn't move that much. Progress is Progress. As long you focus on the positve and not the negitive.. October 3rd, 2019
