I am now below 250 lbs! Dropped a couple of more pounds I am now at 248.6 lbs, on to the next goal of 245 lbs!!! I’ve scaled back on the calories for a little bit, as I have taken a couple of weeks off from the gym due to traveling and just not feeling 100 %. I due plan to hit the gym hard coming up, but I am currently seeing how low I can get first.
