Weekly Recap from bodybuilding.com for last week!

ABDOMINALS
Man, you went full-domination this week at the gym. You did over 50% more than your average number of ab sets with 30. Plank, which only accounted for 10 of your 30 sets from the week, was your primary lift.

TRICEPS
You cranked out a solid tricep week. You did five exercises this week, and 15% of your workouts included your triceps. You split up your tricep workouts nicely, with your top lift, ez-bar skullcrusher, only making up four of your 13 sets.

QUADRICEPS
Dude, you just kept going with your quads, totaling three exercises. With a total of 10 sets, barbell full squat made up over half of your quad workout. In addition, you averaged 48 lbs. per set. Sweet.

NOTES:
* In just a year you've managed to graduate from lifting 50 lbs. per set of standing military press to a whopping 65.
* You did 15 quad sets this week. Compared to your three-month average, you dominated it.
* It's always good to look back on your progress. A mere six months ago you averaged 48 lbs. per set on ez-bar skullcrusher while now you've upped it to 53 lbs.
* Good job upping your game. Your performance this week was greater than your three month weekly average with two middle back exercises.
